I would just like to send this email in appreciation for the transport provide by your company on March 23rd .The conditions on that afternoon were some what disrupted by the accident in the Tunnel, however your driver was courteous enough to explain there would be delays.
I must commend the drivers in the safe way they handled the conditions when driving us both there and back.
